Browse Available Puppies: Check our Available Puppies page and message us about the one you love.
Confirmation & Deposit: Once we receive your application, we'll send confirmation and next steps. A non-refundable holding fee equal to 10% of the puppy's price reserves your spot. Reserved puppies must be paid in full by an agreed-upon date, or by their six-week birthday — otherwise the deposit and reservation may be forfeited.
Upcoming Litters: You can also reserve a pick from an upcoming litter with a non-refundable holding fee equal to 10% of the expected price. Deposits can be transferred to a different puppy, an upcoming litter, or a stud service if we can't fulfill your original choice. Refunds are only granted if the female does not take, your selected pick is unavailable, or the puppy fails its vet health check.
Delivery & Pickup: We'll coordinate a pickup date and time, or arrange air/ground transport if you live outside the area.
Yes! Selecting the right puppy for your family matters to us. Fill out our application form, and we'll contact you by phone, email, or social media to confirm availability and pricing. From there we can schedule a live video call via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Zoom. An in-person meeting can be arranged at a nominated location once the puppy has had its first vaccination at approximately 6 weeks old.
Each puppy is raised inside a private home by one of our vetted partner breeders — not a public facility. Because these homes often have pregnant females, newborn litters, and unvaccinated puppies under 6 weeks old, general public access isn't possible. This protects vulnerable puppies from viruses and diseases visitors could unknowingly carry from other kennels, shelters, or public areas, and helps maintain the highest health and safety standards.
Puppies are released to their new owners after they reach 8 weeks of age. You can pick up your puppy from a designated location or have it delivered directly to your home via our transport services.
Transport costs vary based on distance and specific transit needs:
| Distance | Estimated Cost |
|---|---|
| Short-distance transport | $100 – $150 |
| Long-distance / interstate transport | $250 – $500 |

Full Breeding Rights: Main pedigree papers are provided for puppies purchased with full breeding rights.
Pet / Companion Homes: Puppies sold strictly as family companions come with limited papers/conditions.
Pedigree vs. Purebred: Purebred means both parents belong to the same breed. Pedigree means the dog's multi-generational lineage has been officially documented and certified by a recognized kennel body.
